What You'll Do
- Build and optimize full-stack systems to handle thousands of interviews at scale.
- Design data pipelines to process interviews in under a minute with high accuracy.
- Ship complex AI workflows (prompt chaining, structured output validation) to evaluate candidates, ensuring context, accuracy, and minimal hallucinations.
- Own your work: deploy, monitor, and measure success using observability tools like InfluxDB and PostHog.
- Seamlessly integrating with customers' internal hiring systems to streamline workflows.
- Designing fast, intuitive ways to visually present interview data and insights.
- Building and prioritizing a steady flow of feature requests to meet enterprise needs.
Technical Expertise
- Frontend: React, ShadCN, TypeScript, Material UI, WebRTC

- DevOps: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Replit
