About You:
As a Market Research Coordinator at veritree, you will be responsible for understanding and researching potential veritree partners. You will have a deep and detailed understanding of the tree planting and sustainability space and veritree's role within it. The research and knowledge you bring will steer the strategic direction of veritree on a short and long term basis. You will work closely with sales and operations to feed new leads into our existing go-to-market funnel and help define what future go-to-market approach could look like.
Key outcomes for this role in the next 12 months include:
- Ensure the quantity and quality of leads required for BDR's to target are accurately entered into CRM on a daily basis
- Identify industry trends in the GTM data funnel to guide our sales and marketing efforts
- Build up-to-date and accurate market analysis highlighting veritree's position within it
What will you be doing?
- You will identify great fit prospects who would benefit from veritree's unique restorative offering
- You will ensure a high volume of qualified leads are added into the CRM system every day
- You will work closely with our Business Development and Account Executive teams to ensure leads found are aligned with our business goals
- You will add accurate data as it relates to prospects as is completed
- You will follow and build out operational standards to ensure accurate and consistent data capture within our CRM (Hubspot)
- You will provide data driven insight into market trends to help steer veritree's future strategic directions
- You will collaborate with Marketing and Sales to build out well informed and up-to-date battlecards.
- You will identify market trends for potential company growth beyond existing ideal customer profiles
- You will provide insights into where veritree should look to grow its network of tree planters to have the biggest impact on our clients
Requirements
Professional Requirements
- 1+ years in a B2B environment (sales, marketing, operations)
- Expert in utilizing LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo/Zoom Info
- Familiarity and passion for the sustainability industry
- Knowledge of tree planting vertical a particular benefit
- Experience utilizing CRM systems (Hubspot or Salesforce)
- Ability to build reports and pull insights

Base salary range for this role is between $50,000 - $60,000 CAD. The final salary offer will be based on your qualifications, job-related skills, and relevant experience.
