United West Mississauga is looking for a Customer Service Representative to proactively support and provide direct customer service strategies for our renowned clients in the telecommunications industry. As the Customer Service Representative, you will fuel the client's excitement as their direct point of contact. We need someone in this role who has successfully built, coordinated, and executed client projects from inception to completion. Our ideal candidate has a hunter-mentality and is not afraid to roll their sleeves up.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Drive brand awareness through live campaigns, interacting with customers to promote comprehensive knowledge of our clients' products
- Attend daily meetings to understand and stay current on all things related to the products, services and pricing offered by our clients
- Manage end-to-end all sales, customer service and client relations tasks
- Build a rapport with customers to ensure you can offer them the most personalized service solution
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and acquire new customers
- Define a strong brand image for our clients ultimately resulting in achieving sales targets to ensure our clients’ success
- Undergo comprehensive training to enhance your communication and promotional sales skills when interacting with customers
- Represent our client with enthusiasm and knowledge to create a positive and memorable brand experience

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university
- 2-4 years of experience working in the business-sphere in a client-facing role

- Exceptional student mentality with the ability to 'think on your feet' and make educated and responsible decisions quickly
- Thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Pragmatic mindset, but can also bring a sense of creativity to the role to drive innovation amongst the team
- Available for full time work
- Regular access to a vehicle is preferred
