Job Description
The Superintendent is responsible for providing overall site leadership, including coaching and
mentoring of employees while effectively managing projects, sub-trades and client demands. This
position will take a client-centered approach to build and maintain positive relationships to drive
successful outcomes. In a diverse and competitive environment, the Superintendent will partner with
others to provide a safe, effective, and high standard of service delivery. The Superintendent will
always perform work and ensure adherence to FLINT’s core values and exemplary ethical standards
What would you be doing?
- Oversee day-to-day project operations, ensuring safety and compliance with FLINT/Client policies.
- Supervise and guide FLINT employees while managing subcontractor activities and project resources.
- Act as the liaison between Client and Fleet Management, ensuring clear communication and project alignment.
- Develop and manage project schedules, labor needs, and ensure quality standards are met.
- Lead safety initiatives, including implementing FLINT's Safety Management System and handling administrative duties such as claims and invoices.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5+years’ experience in supervisory/leadership role & 10+years’ experience on an industrial or construction site
- Valid Journeyperson [trade, if applicable] certificate.
- Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:
- CSTS-2020
- H2S Alive
- Aerial Work Platform
- Confined Space Entry
- Common Safety Orientation (CSO)
- Fall Protection
- Standard First Aid
- WHMIS
- Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
- Valid driver’s license and clean 5-year Driver’s Abstract with under 6 demerits.
Additional Information
This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
Mask Fit is a requirement, and you will be requested to be clean-shaven
Audio Gram testing is a requirement
