Job Description
FLINT is seeking a Quality Control Lead with industrial experience for a permanent job in Clairmont, AB starting April 2025. In this position, you will enjoy 10-hour workdays, and benefits after 300+ hours worked.
This position does not include camp accommodations, living out allowance, or travel allowance. Therefore, it is best suited for local candidates; however, those willing to travel or relocate at their own expense are also encouraged to apply.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Quality Control in an industrial setting.
- Possess CWB/CSA Level II Visual Inspector Qualification.
- Proven ability to supervise a quality control team, ensure inspections are meeting quality standards, develop and implement test and correction plans, and maintain accurate logs and documentation.
- Strong working knowledge of both American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) and Canadian Standards Association (CSA) code requirements.
- Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:
- CSTS-2020
- H2S Alive
- Common Safety Orientation (CSO)
- Standard First Aid
- WHMIS
- Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
- Must have own reliable transportation to site.
