As we grow our presence in the market, we’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to help support and execute our marketing efforts while gaining valuable hands-on experience in the tech and SaaS industry.
This role is perfect for someone who is organized, creative, eager to learn, and looking to build their marketing skills while working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
We are not looking for someone to handle everything—we want a focused, efficient support system. Your key responsibilities will include:
✅ Content & Social Media Support (40%)
- Assist in content creation (social media posts, LinkedIn updates, basic graphics using Canva)
- Schedule & manage posts across LinkedIn & other platforms
- Help with basic video editing for ATS360 demos & partnerships
✅ Marketing Administration & Organization (30%)
- Help maintain & update marketing materials (case studies, one-pagers, email templates)
- Organize and manage content
- Assist with email campaign setup & scheduling (Apollo, or similar platforms)
✅ Partnership & Website Assistance (30%)
- Support in maintaining partner portals
- Help coordinate and collect assets for the website revamp
- Conduct basic market research to support lead generation efforts
What We’re Looking For (Ideal Candidate)
🎯 Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
🎯 Strong written & communication skills (bonus if you’re good at copywriting!)
🎯 Basic graphic design experience (Canva or similar tools)
🎯 Eager to learn about marketing & business operations
🎯 Experience or familiarity with LinkedIn, content creation, or email marketing is a plus
