CE QUE VOUS FEREZ Veiller au bon fonctionnement des systèmes mécaniques, électriques, de plomberie, de protection contre les incendies et de sécurité des personnes Répondre aux demandes de services des locataires à travers la plateforme PRISME Exécuter les tâches d’entretien général, suivant les besoins Surveiller les travaux confiés à forfait et rapporter les anomalies Assurer le respect des normes du bâtiment Inspecter le bâtiment sous tous les angles de fonctionnement (intérieur et extérieur) et s’assurer que les correctifs et l’entretien soient exécutés adéquatement Exécuter les travaux de quincailleries de portes, plâtrage, peinture, tuiles de plafond/plancher, et autres travaux de réparations intérieures de base Maintenir l’ordre et la propreté dans les locaux de maintenance et d’entretien Inspecter les systèmes de sécurité sur une base régulière (systèmes d’alarmes, lumières d’urgence, extincteurs, gicleurs) Responsable de la mise à jour de Risk Check et validation avec l’équipe d’opération Participer aux réunions opérationnelles, de SST Faire les tournées SST et effectuer les correctifs nécessaires Gestion du système de clés et système d’accès Travailler étroitement avec les équipes de gestion et d’opérations Toutes autres tâches connexes au poste CE QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS Détenir un DEP en entretien général d’immeubles sera considéré comme un atout Expérience en entretien d’immeubles Sens de l’initiative et de la débrouillardise, capacité à mener plusieurs tâches de front et à résoudre des problèmes de manière autonome Aptitudes mécaniques seront considérées comme un atout Capacité à travailler en équipe, grande facilité avec les relations humaines et soucis du service à la clientèle Être familier/ère avec les divers logiciels de la suite Microsoft Office Bilingue, français et anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit La majorité du temps passé debout ou à marcher; déplacements fréquents Soulever et transporter fréquemment de l’équipement et des outils. Être disponible en rotation les soirs et fins de semaine pour les appels d’urgence Avoir une voiture sera considéré un atout pour le déplacement facile entre les propriétés du portefeuille (kilométrage remboursé). Interactions orales et/ou écrites avec des partenaires externes basés à l’extérieur du Québec (par exemple, fournisseurs de services, cabinets d’avocats, pairs, banquiers, firmes de courtage, firmes d’analyse de crédit, agences de crédits, etc.) et clients, locataires provenant de l’extérieur du Québec. ---- WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Ensure proper functioning of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and personal safety systems Respond to tenant service requests through the PRISME platform Perform general maintenance tasks as needed Monitor contracted work and report anomalies Ensure compliance with building standards Inspect the building from all operational angles (interior and exterior) and ensure that corrections and maintenance are properly executed Perform door hardware maintenance, plastering, painting, ceiling/floor tile work, and other base building repairs Ensure order and cleanliness in maintenance areas Regularly inspect security systems (alarm systems, emergency lights, fire extinguishers, sprinklers) Responsible for updating Risk Check and validating with the operations team Participate in operational and OHS meetings Conduct OHS rounds and make necessary corrections Manage key system and access system Work closely with management and operations teams Any other tasks related to the position WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Diploma/certification in general building maintenance will be considered an asset Experience in building maintenance Sense of initiative and resourcefulness, ability to multitask and solve problems independently Mechanical aptitude will be considered an asset Ability to work in a team, great ease with human relations and customer service oriented Familiarity with various Microsoft Office suite software Bilingual, French and English, both oral and written Majority of time spent standing or walking, frequent movement Frequently lift and carry equipment and tools Be available on rotation for evenings and weekends for emergency calls Having a car will be considered an asset to travel between properties in the portfolio (mileage is reimbursed). Oral and/or written interactions with internal and external partners based outside Quebec (for example, service providers, law firms, peers, bankers, brokerage firms, credit analysis firms, credit agencies, etc.) and out of Québec customers and tenants.
