We're looking for a Senior Workday Analyst to join our People Process & Technology team! This position is a dynamic opportunity to help us continue our Workday evolution and work for the largest Employer in Canada!
As a Senior Analyst, you will be the part of a team that supports the development and deployment of all facets of the Workday system with a focus on the Time Tracking, Scheduling and Labour Optimization modules to ensure that the platform delivers a positive user experience.
This role will be 4 days on site at our Brampton Office (1 President's Choice Circle)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and implementation of Workday Time Tracking, Scheduling and Labour Optimization, ensuring robust solutions across the organization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead strategic projects utilizing project management skills
Ensure comprehensive testing of all configuration changes related to all aspects of Time Tracking, Scheduling and Labour Optimization.
Document and maintain design/configuration procedures
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Exercise sound judgment in diagnosing and resolving complex issues for end users, and business partners.
Manage non-routine tasks independently and effectively while supporting team goals.
Support bi-annual Workday Releases including assessing, documenting, and testing new features and functionality.
Act as a subject matter expert for Time Tracking, Scheduling and Optimization (Payroll, and ESA knowledge is a bonus!)
Your Recipe for Success:
3-5 years of HRIS/Workday experience with a focus on Time Tracking, Scheduling and Labour Optimization.
Advanced expertise in Time Tracking and Scheduling, including an ability to create and troubleshoot Time Calculations, Time Entry and Approval Templates, Scheduling Organizations as well as knowledge of compliance best practices.
Proven project management skills and technical proficiency in HR technology.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build effective relationships.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to influence decisions through a deep understanding of Workday functionality and business needs.
