Skills and Responsibilities:
•Prefer Business Analysis experience in Airline Domain
•Great attention to detail and organizational skills

•Nice to have exposure on Postman.
•Nice to have knowledge of Azure cloud platform,
•Should have hands on experience in basic level SQL.
•Working Knowledge of APIs.
•Good Hands-on experience on Jira and Confluence
Roles and Responsibilities:
•Act as a liaison between business partners, scrum teams. Solution designers and Release Train engineers.
•Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and workflow analysis.
•Deducing features from business requirements and mapping them to the Epics in JIRA.
•Documenting the business, user and system requirements gathered from clients in the form of User stories and spikes in JIRA.
•Designing of future business systems applications through business process diagrams, sequence diagrams, activity diagrams, data flow diagrams, and UML models using tools like MS vision, MS paint etc.
•Developing Wireframe diagrams for UI enhancements.
•Documentation and maintenance of software application artifacts in Confluence pages and SharePoint sites.
•Conducting Product backlog and refinement sessions.
•Active involvement in Sprint planning, PI planning sessions and Scrum ceremonies.
•Conducting product and system demonstrations for business teams and project stakeholders.
•Responsible for facilitating the development of new features of the software applications on Azure cloud platform in accordance with Agile software development methodology.
•Undertaking maintenance and enhancement of existing features of software applications.
•Guidance to Testers for validation of software applications in accordance with business requirements and acceptance criterion through tools like SOAPUI and Postman.
•Technical support to the business users during user acceptance testing for validation of business system applications.
•Coordination with Operations team for deployment, implementation and configuration of software application projects in production environment through Azure Devops.
•Consultancy to business users and clients for improvements needed in the business system software applications.
