Our client, a dynamic player in the services industry, is seeking an Accounting Clerk to join their team.
Job Title: Account Receivable
Location: Winnipeg, MB
Pay Range: $18/hr
Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm
What's the Job?
- Assist in maintaining the website to ensure information is current and accessible to clients.
- Support Accounts Receivable with payments and updating information in our CRM and records.
- Conduct outreach to collect outstanding invoices and payments.
- Maintain an internal database for all documents and records.
What's Needed?
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or willingness to learn.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
- Willingness to support various administrative tasks as needed.
