OPPORTUNITY: CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the person will mainly assume the following tasks:
- Ensure efficient customer service (email/phone)
- Respond to price and inventory availability inquiries
- Request transport/ freight costs
- Correspond daily with customers and company representatives
- Offer the product that best meets our customer's needs
- Ensure efficient consumer service (email/phone)
- Respond to consumers inquiries on our customers websites
- Offer the product that best meets our customer's needs
- Suggest Sales Sites for the different products
- Order processing in SAP/ EDI systems
- Validate order entry accuracy in relation to purchase order (codes, prices, descriptions)
- Verify agreements for exceptions
- Calculate transport costs based on order
- Ensure inventory availability and location site
- Identify inventory issues in our customers system (CHUB)
- Research and correct invoicing issues
- Review customers requests upon invoicing issues in order to resolve
- Research shipment details to validate material receiving issues
- Other related administrative tasks
Skills required:
Essential - Perfectly bilingual
Essential - Customer service experience
Essential - Proficient in Microsoft Office (word/Excel) and Outlook
Essential - High school diploma
Asset Experience in a large retail and distribution and EDI company
Asset- Education or experience in Logistics transport
Asset- Knowledge of SAP and EDI systems
Abilities:
Good written and grammar skills in both French and English
Customer oriented and great communication skills
Dynamic and Strong team spirit
Organized and good management of priorities
