Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate executive schedules, appointments, and meetings, ensuring efficient time management and prioritization of tasks.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established formatting and style guidelines.
- Maintain and update confidential files and records, ensuring proper organization and accessibility for efficient retrieval.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation, while considering cost-effectiveness and executive preferences.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and information flow.
- Conduct research and gather data to support decision-making processes and provide comprehensive reports and analysis as required.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of events, conferences, and meetings, ensuring smooth logistics and timely execution.
