As a Marketing Intern in hematology/oncology, you will be supporting the brand marketing efforts as well as participating in the development of marketing tools, digital campaign and conference planning. It is a unique opportunity to work on a launch brand!
Details (Your Responsibilities):
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to learn about marketing and participate in key activities to progress your career; these responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
Brand Marketing Support: Support the execution of key brand marketing priorities by managing internal claims approvals in Veeva and assisting in other tasks as needed.
Marketing Material Development: Support the development of unbranded and branded marketing tools.
Omni-Channel Campaign: Support the development and execution of omni-channel emails to enhance brand strategy.
Vendor Management: Manage communications and relationships with vendors (e.g. creative agency) to advance and deliver projects in proposed deadlines.
Conference Management: Lead conference sponsorship process with third-party organizations and internal partners
Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills:
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Sciences or Business Administration (Marketing)
This role requires a good understanding of marketing principles as well as scientific and medical information
Reliability and punctuality (high level of professionalism)
Effective time management skills. Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and responsibilities of increasing scope and complexity
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated, accountable, passionate, committed, invested in the business
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong planning & organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a dynamic environment
Ability to identify problems early and seek innovative solutions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word)
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA
Specific training in marketing
Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Bilingualism (English / French)
