We are currently looking to add a Customer Service Representative to our talented team to ensure the continued success of our client.
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for managing end-to-end sales responsibilities, including customer service and developing relationships with customers
- Attend daily training sessions and workshops to increase product knowledge and to stay current with all of our client’s products, services, and pricing
- Develop product knowledge and practice active listening with customers and clients in order to translate that knowledge into tailored solutions with each customer interaction
- Deliver exceptional customer service by professionally addressing client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner

Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, analyze and read customers to provide innovative customer solutions
- Outgoing and energetic personality that easily allows you to connect with customers and clients
- Capable of working well in a team and independently
- Customer service-oriented, ready to go the extra mile for colleagues and clients
- Must be looking an in-person role (not work from home) and full-time hours
- Tenacious, innovative, and possess superior sales skills
- Adaptable to the fast-paced environment of a growing company
- Competitive and self-confident but thrives in a team-oriented atmosphere
- Capable of thriving in a high-stress environment with a high volume of work to be completed daily
