Job Description
We are currently seeking a
skilled Fabricator to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with
mill machinery, mechanical components, laser cutters, and torches, ensuring high-quality fabrication of metal structures and components.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate mill machinery, mechanical tools, laser cutters, and torches to fabricate metal components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure precision.
- Cut, shape, and assemble metal parts using various fabrication techniques.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure finished products meet industry standards and customer requirements.
- Maintain and calibrate fabrication equipment for optimal performance.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet project deadlines.
- Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Requirements
Language Skills
- Proficiency in English is required for effective communication.
Education
- Technical diploma or equivalent experience in metal fabrication or mechanical engineering.
Experience
- 2+ years of experience as a Fabricator working with mill machinery, mechanical tools, laser cutters, and torches.
- Strong knowledge of metalworking techniques, welding, and machining.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.
