You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders, manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts and ensure that IT needs are met in a timely, cost-effective and efficient manner. You’ll play a key role in optimizing technology spending while maintaining a high standard of service and quality. This position is designated bilingual (English and French), and the successful candidate must be able to communicate in both of Canada’s official languages. What you’ll do: Lead and/or support RFx events within your assigned category including developing RFxs as well as carrying out sourcing activities Complete research and analysis to support a category strategy that delivers savings and efficiencies for FCC Lead and deliver on category management initiatives, including establishing necessary processes and procedures What we’re looking for: Strong interpersonal skills Strong analytical and research skills Detail-oriented and organized An ask-questions-to-seek understanding (curious) approach What you’ll need: Bachelor’s degree in business administration/economics/commerce, supply chain management or other related field 5-8 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
