Summary of responsibilities:
The Analyst, Performance Programs is responsible for researching and contributing to the design, development, planning and deployment of performance programs, including Threat Image Projection System (TIPS) and Testing. The incumbent is also responsible for monitoring evolving terrorist threats and contributing to the assessment of new threats to aviation security. The Analyst, Performance Programs performs all other duties and responsibilities related to the position as required.
What you need to succeed
To qualify for the position, you must have:
• Graduation from a recognized college or university with a specialization in security studies, performance measurement, international affairs, or another speciality relevant to the duties of the position or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of two years of experience analyzing policies or business issues and providing recommendations to management.
• Experience in performance assessment, performance measurement or quality assurance.
• Strong analytical capability and knowledge of program development and data analysis and reporting tools and methodologies.

• Knowledge of conventional and unconventional terrorist threats, including explosives and improvised explosive devices.
• Experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting basic computer system/ X-ray technical issues.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement practices and principles.
