Tasks
Establish methods to meet work schedulesSupervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion foodTrain staff in job duties, sanitation and safety proceduresEstimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation Ensure that food and service meet quality control standardsAddress customers' complaints or concernsMaintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastageSupervise and check assembly of traysSupervise and check delivery of food trolleysEstablish work schedulesEnsure health and safety regulations are followed

Support for newcomers and refugees
Recruits newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster (for example: Ukraine, Afghanistan, etc.) Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition
Support for youths
Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth
