We are looking for a consultant with experience in Senior Leadership Development and Assessments and or Strategy who wants to grow their career by working with and learning from former CEOs and top business leaders while interacting with some of the most iconic companies in the world. Responsibilities
Specific duties will include:
- Review of proprietary assessment process to include editing ,writing and validation
- Working with the Chief Innovation Officer on a variety of projects
- Content development
- Fostering and owning key relationships with Global Talent Leaders
- Writing customized proposals and developing customer-ready presentations
- Collecting and analyzing themes-data based on active engagements with specific customers
- Supervising and developing other professionals on the team
Qualifications:

· Relevant work experience in Senior Leadership Development Assessments as a consultant ( Strategy work will be considered)
Experience supervising and coaching others
Strong pattern recognition skills
· Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
· Great project management skills
· Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
· Ability to work collaboratively and independently

Reports To: Chief Innovation Officer
Location: Washington DC area ONLY. Our office is in Rosslyn and in person is required air least two days a week. Out of area professionals will not be considered.Preference to those who mark as top job and explain why if interested.
