We’re looking for a Service Contract Consultant to join their Canadian team! If you're passionate about customer success, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love turning business needs into actionable solutions — this could be the perfect fit.
💼 What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with Sales teams to understand customer goals and build tailored service proposals
- Prepare new and renewal service proposals based on customer requirements in a timely manner.
- Follow up on service proposals with a strong focus on closing orders and securing customer commitment.
- Review customer purchase orders, confirm service dates, generate service contracts, and coordinate handover to the Service Coordination team for execution.
- Manage the full lifecycle of service contract renewals, ensuring continuity, customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to expand scope and value.
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
- Post-secondary education is preferred in either Business or Technical fields like instrumentation, automation, electronics or engineering
- Minimum 5 years of Business 2 Business experience in Sales and/or Customer Service
- Intermediate computer processing skills, including SharePoint, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Aspiration to sales in order to expand customer inquiries
- Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset
