Bilingual Finance Customer Dealer Support
- 6 Months contract with possibility for fulltime at end of contract
- Hybrid 3 days office - 2 days home
Responsibilities:
- Support Retail Finance team
- Support Legal with bankruptcy, mediation, repossession and recoveries
- Follow-up for cancelled insurance policies.
- Update new insurance information.
- Verifying system generated letters for accuracy
- Respondingto dealers, End-users and Internal staff inquiries
- Payout requests, Insurance, Sales programs, DealerLink, General inquiries
- Provide online trainingfor dealers and staff with regards to DealerLink functionality.
- Receivingincoming mail for processing on accounts
- Finalizingand booking contracts
- Maintain a positivecompany image while speaking to our dealersand customers
- Vett incoming contracts for proper version, missing information, booking details
- Verify Pre-authorized payment details
- Various contract processing functions including sorting and filing
- Update new PAP information
- Process change of address
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary degree or diploma and 2 to 3 years of related work experience in customer service.
- Bilingual (French/English) verbal and written communication skills
- Strong aptitude for learning quickly, and training, coaching and providing others with assistance.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
