Position Overview
As a Senior Project Coordinator , you’ll play a critical role in supporting project delivery from start to finish. You’ll work closely with project managers and site teams to ensure schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met. This position offers exposure to intricate mechanical and electrical scopes, making it ideal for someone looking to deepen their technical expertise while advancing their career in general contracting.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project documentation, schedules, and budgets.
- Assist with procurement and manage subcontractor relationships.
- Track progress and ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards.
- Support issue resolution and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain accurate reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination within construction.

- Experience with electrical or mechanical systems is a strong asset.
