High‑Rise Superintendent (Multi‑Family Residential)
As the High‑Rise Superintendent is responsible for on‑site leadership, coordination, and execution of all construction activities for multi‑family residential high‑rise projects. This role ensures the project is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The Superintendent manages daily site operations, leads trade partners, enforces safety, and serves as the primary on‑site contact for project managers, consultants, and inspectors.
Key Responsibilities
1. Construction Management & Site Operations
- Oversee all day‑to‑day construction activities on a high‑rise multi‑family project.
- Develop and maintain short‑interval schedules, ensuring alignment with the master schedule.
- Coordinate all trade contractors, vendors, and site personnel.
- Conduct daily site walkthroughs to verify progress, quality, and compliance.
- Manage logistics including crane operations, hoists, material deliveries, and site access.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Minimum 5–10 years experience as a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent in high‑rise or large‑scale multi‑family construction.
- Proven track record delivering concrete high‑rise towers (e.g., 10+ storeys).
- Experience managing structure, envelope, interior finishes, and turnover phases.
