Description:
TrainingFolks is currently looking for a Change Lead for an exciting contract opportunity in Montreal. The Change Lead plays a key role in ensuring the success of a change initiative. Create and implement a change management strategy that maximizes acceptance, and usage while minimizing resistance. They will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization and increase proficiency of the changes to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Define the change management strategy
- Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities
- Identify, analyze, prepare risk mitigation tactics
- Consult and coach project teams
- Manage and create actionable deliverables (communication plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan)
- Support and engage senior leaders and business sponsors
- Lead organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
- Manage the budget relating to the change initiative
Qualifications:
- 6-10 years of experience in a change management position with a strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
- Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
- Change Management industry accreditation
- Familiar with project management principles, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle
- Advanced knowledge and industry experience with subject matter
- Successfully managed a change initiative budget
- Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization
- Direct and indirect people management
- ERP and CRM experience is strongly preferred
- Bilingual (English/French)
Contract Details:
Contract Length - 6 Months
Start Date- January 2026
Overall compensation for this role is positioned as ‘competitive’ and will vary depending on your level of experience, and number of years you have applied your skills.
