Your New Role
As Property Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of approximately 1–2 million square feet of commercial and industrial properties. You will be responsible for day-to-day operations, tenant relations, and financial performance. This includes managing rent collections, lease renewals, purchase orders, invoicing, and vendor contracts. You’ll supervise site teams, conduct periodic site visits, and ensure service standards are met. You’ll also prepare detailed operational reports, budgets, reforecasts, and CAPEX/OPEX plans, while supporting reporting for new partners and identifying any gaps in site coverage. Additionally, you’ll play a key role in mentoring team members and promoting best practices across the team.
What You Will Bring
You have 5–10 years of experience in commercial real estate management. You’re known for your strong customer service skills, particularly with professional tenants. Possess strong budgeting and reporting knowledge. You’re proficient in Yardi software and have a solid understanding of building systems—mechanical knowledge is a plus. You’re bilingual (French/English), highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining a collaborative and professional approach.
