About the Role
As a Notary, you will be at the center of our client's Quebec real estate operations. You will manage residential real estate transactions from start to finish, ensuring compliance and efficiency while leading a team of clerks. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering a seamless and personalized client experience.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee and manage all aspects of residential real estate transactions, including lender representation files.
- Lead and supervise a team of real estate clerks and administrative staff to ensure top-tier service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in Quebec real estate transactions.
- Maintain a high standard of client service, ensuring smooth and efficient closings.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in real estate law.
- Experience with private lending.
- Licensed Notary in Quebec with expertise in residential real estate transactions.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, Conveyancer/Unity, Teraview, and PCLaw.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills – able to manage and mentor a team effectively.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- A client-focused mindset, ensuring an exceptional experience for every transaction.
