Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter with 2–3 years of experience supporting IT services and consulting organizations . The role involves managing technical hiring activities, working closely with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver qualified talent within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the complete technical recruitment lifecycle , ensuring timely and quality hiring for consulting engagements
- Collaborate with account managers, sales teams, and hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate and schedule technical and client interviews
- Manage candidate communication, feedback, and follow-ups
- Support offer discussions and joining formalities
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate pipelines
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in technical recruitment within IT services or consulting firms
- Strong understanding of IT technologies and skill sets
- Hands-on experience with recruitment portals such as LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, etc.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment

- Exposure to different staffing or engagement models
- Exposure to HR administrative tasks related to recruitment and onboarding
- Familiarity with ATS or recruitment management tools
