Your New Role
As Senior Property Manager, you will oversee the full operations of a large-scale, mixed-use community, ensuring a seamless experience for residents and commercial tenants. You will lead a high-performing team, manage budgets, and deliver exceptional customer service while driving revenue growth and operational excellence. This position requires a hands-on leader who can balance strategic oversight with day-to-day execution, ensuring compliance with British Columbia’s Residential Tenancy Act and local bylaws.
What You Need to Succeed
To thrive in this role, you will bring at least eight years of experience in residential property management, ideally with large-scale or multi-tower developments. A valid BCFSA rental management license or eligibility to obtain one within 90 days is required. You will have a proven track record in team leadership, budgeting, and delivering exceptional resident experiences. Strong communication skills, proficiency in Yardi and Microsoft Office, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment are critical.
