Multistorey – Residential – Superintendent – Edmonton
I am working with a tight-knit company with 50 years in the industry and a 13-year track record specializing in 4–6 storey wood frame multi-family projects across Alberta.
We’re looking for a Site Superintendent who’s hands-on, organized, and ready to take ownership of site operations. You’ll be leading builds that include concrete parkades (1–2 storey) and overseeing full-cycle construction from excavation to occupancy.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Running the day-to-day site operations on multi-family wood frame projects
- Coordinating trades, suppliers, and site staff to keep things moving smoothly
- Ensuring safety, quality, and timelines are always on point
- Working closely with a collaborative team
- Traveling as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a Superintendent on wood frame multi-family builds (4–6 storeys)
- Familiarity with wood frame construction
- Someone who’s organized, proactive, and communicates well
- Comfortable working with a younger, dynamic team
- Open to occasional travel
