Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Bilingual)
Length: 12 Month Contract
Location: Mississauga, ON (4 days in office)
Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm (work day is 8 hours)
Must be fluent French and English
Description
- Educates customers on product information, applications, and usage recommendations
- Manages technical documentation requests efficiently
- Communicates clearly and professionally via phone, chat, and written correspondence
- Serves as a subject matter expert with deep knowledge of products, applications, and internal resources
- Handles product complaints, returns, and crisis situations with urgency and accuracy
- Provides timely and effective solutions and recommendations to customer issues
- Accurately documents all customer interactions in CRM systems
- Triages incoming communication and investigates issues using internal platforms and tools

- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (completed and verified) and 2+ years of customer service or sales experience OR High school diploma/GED (completed and verified) and 6+ years of customer service or sales experience
