Raidex Construction is a growing civil construction and trucking company known for reliable service, strong communication, and a commitment to operational excellence. We are looking for a part-time Office Administrative Assistant to support our accounting and field operations team.
This role offers flexible hours, part-time scheduling, and the ability to work from home on select days.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily truck slips and bulk excavation work slips
- Organize and maintain pre-trip documentation
- Sort, scan, and digitize paper invoices and bills
- Assist with Accounts Payable using QuickBooks (training provided)
- Support data entry, record-keeping, and document control
- Prepare Excel spreadsheets and conduct basic data analysis/report building
- Maintain accurate operational and financial records
- Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and team members via email
- Learn and manage NSC compliance requirements (training provided)
Qualifications
- Previous experience in office administration or accounts payable/bookkeeping
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, pivot tables, formulas)
- Good written communication skills, especially through email
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Experience with QuickBooks is an asset (AP training available)
- Interest in learning NSC compliance processes
