Role: Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Rate: $25-26/hour
Job Summary:
The Customer Support Associate provides essential support by handling customer inquiries, processing orders, preparing correspondence, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role follows established procedures and guidelines, working under close supervision to deliver consistent service
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer phone calls and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently using defined systems and procedures.
- Prepare and send correspondence related to customer requests and order fulfillment.
- Address customer needs and concerns to ensure a positive experience.
- Follow pre-established guidelines and instructions to perform daily tasks.
- Maintain knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the assigned field.
- Report to a supervisor or manager and seek guidance as needed.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with standard customer service practices and procedures.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work within defined parameters.
- Comfortable working in a structured, supervised environment.
