About the Role
Pasture + Market is on the lookout for a dynamic and talented Head Chef / Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team for the 2026 season (and beyond). This is a unique opportunity to take charge of a vibrant kitchen operation that spans our restaurant, market, and catering services—all set against the stunning backdrop of the Lac La Biche Golf & Country Club.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all back-of-house operations, including hiring, training, and staff development
- Oversee daily service for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as catered events
- Design seasonal menus that are both cost-effective and crowd-pleasing
- Monitor food trends and ensure our Market offerings stay fresh and exciting
- Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation
- Foster a positive kitchen culture built on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of combined experience as a chef and/or kitchen manager
- Proven expertise in catering and food/labour cost management
- Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills
- Creative flair with a commitment to consistency and excellence
- Reliable transportation and full availability for the March–October season
