We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Retail Store Supervisor to oversee daily store operations and ensure a high standard of customer service and team performance in our jewellery retail enviroment.
Key Responsibnilities
- Supervise and support retail staff, including sales assocaites and trainees
- Assign duties and schedules to ensure smooth daily operations
- Hire and train and guide team member to meet sales and service goals
- Monitor sales performance and conduct performance reviews
- Authorize payments, merchandise returns, and handle cash management
- Organize and maintain store inventory and merchandising displays
- Oversee product displays for booth permanent and promotional collections
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and operational issues promptly
- Prepare reports on sales performance, staffing, and merchandising activities
- Manage payroll administration and office operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain store standards
Supervision
- Responsible for supervising 5-10 employees
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail supervision or management (jewellery or luxury retail experience in an asset)
- Strong Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in handling cash, reports, and inventory systems
- language skills: Profciency in English is required, knowledge of Cantonses or Mandarin is an asset
- Flexible to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is preferred
Schedule:30-44 hours/ week
Salary: $36.5-37.5
