Director of FinancePosition Overview:
We are seeking a Director of Finance / Senior Finance Leader to join a rapidly expanding global organization. This is a high-impact leadership role for a finance professional who thrives in growth environments and enjoys building scalable financial infrastructure.
Reporting to senior executive leadership, the Director of Finance will lead financial strategy, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), financial reporting, and team development while partnering closely with leadership to support global expansion and long-term performance.
Responsibilities:
The Director of Finance will be responsible for:
- Leading the organization’s finance function, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A.
- Developing and executing financial strategy aligned with corporate growth and expansion objectives.
- Overseeing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting across multiple entities.
- Establishing and monitoring key financial and operational performance metrics (KPIs).
- Building scalable finance processes, policies, internal controls, and governance frameworks.
- Leading cash flow management, working capital optimization, and capital planning.
- Supporting mergers, acquisitions, and international expansion initiatives through financial modeling and due diligence.
- Partnering with executive leadership to provide financial insights and decision support.
- Overseeing tax compliance, statutory reporting, and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.
- Selecting, implementing, and optimizing ERP and financial reporting systems.
- Building, mentoring, and leading a high-performing finance and accounting team.
- Driving continuous improvement, automation, and process optimization initiatives.
Requirements:
- Professional accounting designation (CPA) preferred; equivalent senior finance leadership experience will be considered.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, including leadership roles.
- Proven experience in financial strategy, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Experience supporting multi-entity, global, or high-growth organizations.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, internal controls, and risk management.
- Advanced proficiency with MS Excel and financial systems; ERP experience is highly valued.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and partner with executives.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary of $130,000 – $160,000, depending on experience.
