Key Responsibilities:- Develop the territory through managing and growing existing accounts and developing new business while fostering long-term relationships with clients
- Establish monthly and annual sales goals and work with the branch to achieve targets
- Develop and implement strategies to engage new and existing customers across multiple sectors
- Identify potential clients in strategic markets, contributing to overall sales growth.
- Analyze customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Negotiate quotations with key prospects and customers to drive revenue and profitability.
- Provide outstanding customer service to stand out from competitors.
- Communicate with internal cross functional departments.
- Leverage CRM tools to manage client interactions and optimize personal productivity.
- Bring an entrepreneurial attitude to the role.
Qualifications:- Minimum 3 years experience in outside sales, industrial sales, manufacturing, fabrication or construction highly preferred
- Proven ability to build relationships with customers to earn repeat business.
- Strategic thinker with strong communication, and analytical skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills, time management and highly organized.
- Excellent people skills with commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
- Willingness to continually develop professional skills and knowledge base relevant to customers needs.
