The Payroll and Benefits Administrator is responsible for managing end-to-end payroll and benefits processes for large organizations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. This role requires strong technical expertise with payroll systems, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to support a workforce of 500+ employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Administration:
- Process bi-weekly or monthly payroll using ADP Workforce and Workday systems.
- Ensure accuracy in employee compensation, deductions, overtime, and statutory remittances.
- Maintain payroll records and reconcile discrepancies.
- Benefits Administration:
- Administer employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, retirement plans, and leave policies.
- Support employee inquiries regarding benefits and payroll, providing clear and timely responses.
- Coordinate with benefit providers and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
