Warranty and Service Center Technician

Daiwa is a leading manufacturer of fishing rods, reels and accessories. We are looking for a qualified person to facilitate warranty and service processes at Daiwa Canada National Warranty and Service Center.
Responsibilities
· Daily communication with consumers on warranty and service related inquires via phone, email and in-person
· Repair and maintain Daiwa rods and reels
· Identify, troubleshoot and correct product issues
· Determine warranty claims and follow processes to resolve claims
· Ship and receive goods – parts, replacement product, etc.
· Manage inventory and sales data
· Invoice and collect payment for services
· Document activity and provide detailed communication to management
· Attend consumer and industry trade shows as required
· Develop and streamline processes to better service customers and meet objectives
Requirements
The successful candidate should be highly motivated and able to manage time effectively to meet objectives
· Experience with managing inventory and sales
· Strong ability to read and understand schematics
· Proficient in excel, word and email
· Strong communication, multitasking and organizational skills
· Strong mechanical skills required to disassemble and reassemble products
· Ability to work both individually and in a team environment
· Valid passport, drivers license and reliable vehicle
