KAY-SON is a proudly Canadian owned fabrication plant that has been in operation since 1965. Located in Coquitlam, BC, we are a supply only structural steel fabricator servicing both the Canadian and US markets. As a single source fabricator, we work closely with our customers to find innovative solutions to complex problems and deal with customer concerns promptly and efficiently. We are looking for an experienced Shop Helper to join our team! Reporting to the Production Manager, the Shop Helper will be responsible for cutting, grinding, sorting, material movement using cranes and to ensure the plant is running smoothly, efficiently and safely. The successful incumbent must possess a hard working mentality and demonstrate strong attention to detail. Preference given to those who are reliable, hold a valid driver’s license and a team player. Qualifications: * High School Diploma or equivalent * Able to lift up to 40lbs at a time * Experience operating cranes and forklift is an asset KAY-SON offers a positive, team environment.
