The Right Fit The Leasing Manager reports to a senior leasing leader and partners closely with asset management, property management, and executive teams. The focus sits on executing leasing plans, supporting market analysis, and improving portfolio performance across office and flex workspace properties. This role suits someone practical, service focused, and comfortable juggling priorities. The position includes exposure to acquisitions, valuations, and broader portfolio initiatives, supporting long-term career progression.
Key requirements include strong Excel skills, experience with commercial leasing, ease working with brokers and tenants, and a self-directed work approach.
What You'll Be Doing- Manage daily leasing activity, including property tours, offers to lease, and negotiations
- Serve as main contact for flex workspace members and prospects across Edmonton sites
- Promote available space to brokers and prospective tenants
- Develop and maintain relationships with tenants, brokers, and service partners
- Monitor market activity, vacancy levels, and leasing trends
- Support budgeting, quarterly reporting, and financial reviews
- Assist with valuations, due diligence, and market research
- Coordinate show suites and keep spaces ready for occupancy
What You Bring to the Table- Undergraduate degree in business, finance, economics, or a related discipline
- 2+ years of experience in commercial real estate or leasing
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Working knowledge of leasing processes and real estate fundamentals
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management
- Comfort analyzing market data and financial information
