Job Description
We’re seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Procurement & Warehouse Operator to join our team. This person will play a key role in keeping our warehouse running smoothly — from ordering and receiving products to preparing customer shipments and keeping the space organized.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle ordering and purchasing of supplies and products.
- Receive incoming goods, inspect for damage, and stock shelves.
- Prepare outgoing orders for shipment or delivery.
- Package and label courier shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Conduct inventory and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Manage returns and damaged goods with suppliers.
- Assist with fleet management (vehicle scheduling and maintenance tracking).
- Communicate and negotiate with suppliers when needed.
- Perform occasional deliveries using company vehicles.
Requirements
- Valid Forklift Certification (required).
- Knowledge of Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) regulations (required).
- Valid driver’s licence with clean driving record (required).
- Must be able to communicate clearly in English (spoken and written).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or other related fields is an asset.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with physical work and lifting when required.
- Honest and trustworthy
