Office Coordinator – The Agency Ottawa
Responsabilités:
· Provide administrative support to the office and management team
· Manage recruitment of new brokers (lead outreach, coordinate meetings)
· Act as a point of contact for brokers, candidates, and external partners
· Support the organization of meetings, events, and broker interactions
· Represent the agency professionally in the office and at events when required
· Contribute positively to office culture, energy, and overall atmosphere
Requirements:
· Relevant experience in administration, coordination, hospitality, or client-facing roles is an asset
· Strong interpersonal skills with a polished and professional presence
