Votre rle et responsabilits :
Sous la supervision de la directrice nationale, vous inspirez et mobilisez votre quipe pour atteindre lexcellence oprationnelle et le succs financier de la succursale. Vous agissez avecresponsabilit(assumer vos dcisions et rsultats), dmontrez uneproactivit constante(anticiper, proposer, amliorer),transmettez votre passion du designet du service, etcultivez la curiosit professionnelle(apprendre, explorer, tester) au quotidien.
Missions principales :
- valuer, analyser et optimiser chaque semaine la performance de chaque consultant en vente et design; implanter un plan daction lorsque ncessaire (responsabilit et proactivit).
- Identifier et dployer des stratgies de vente et des opportunits de croissance adaptes au march (proactivit et curiosit).
- Participer au recrutement, la formation, au mentorat et la gestion de la performance, en incarnant notre culture de service (passion et responsabilit).
- Maintenir un climat de travail harmonieux, quitable et mobilisant, en protgeant la rputation de lentreprise (responsabilit).
- Assurer une gestion rigoureuse de linventaire : prvention des pertes, remplacement et rparation des modles de plancher (responsabilit).
- Veiller au respect des rgles de marchandisage et une apparence irrprochable de la succursale (passion pour lexcution).
- Effectuer des veilles concurrentielles et stratgiques rgulires afin dalimenter linnovation locale (curiosit et proactivit).
- Exercer un contrle responsable des pertes et des carts oprationnels (responsabilit).
- Grer les demandes clients Web et contribuer la rsolution efficace des requtes (assignation temporaire) en collaboration avec lquipe (proactivit et passion du service).
Profil recherch :
Vous tes un(e) gestionnaire qui incarne nos valeurs au quotidien :responsabilit(fiabilit, reddition de comptes),proactivit(prendre les devants),passion(lever lexprience client et lquipe) etcuriosit(apprentissage continu).
- Minimum 5 ans dexprience comme gestionnaire dans le commerce de dtail, avec rsultats dmontrs.
- Leadership mobilisateur, capable dagir rapidement et de coacher efficacement.
- Excellentes habilets relationnelles pour btir des relations positives et durables.
- Solide capacit danalyse et de gestion des priorits; apte dvelopper les talents pour atteindre les objectifs.
- Capacit inspirer la clientle et transmettre clairement lexpertise produits.
- Aptitudes de formateur(trice) inspirant(e) et structur(e).
- Excellentes habilets de communication et dcoute (franais et anglais, oral et crit).
- Atout : sens dvelopp de la prsentation visuelle et du marchandisage.
