Job Description:
- Experience with customer-facing (external) web applications with Buyflow [ e.g., Amazon.ca with Buyflow– Used by the external users] and experience of managing step-by-step external customer journey, e.g., from selecting a product to placing an order.
- Experience working in the Agile – Scrum Team and have a good understanding of the scrum ceremonies - Scrum Ceremonies - Sprint planning, Retro, Stand up, Review/Demo, Grooming/ Backlog refinement (SAFE team experience good to have) + Estimation techniques.
- Experience working indirectly / directly with the UI/UX or design teams and stakeholders, including Product Owner.
- Tools – Jira and draw.io or Lucid or Visio (Visio would be excellent).
- Experience preparing flow diagrams – Process flows, System flows, flowcharts, swim lanes, system integration flows etc.
- Experience in splitting/ breaking down requirements into Epics, Features, and User stories in Jira, based on the mockups and requirements.
- Expert in identifying the user stories (a functionality which could be tested on its own to deliver the benefit) and preparing user stories with good structure (User action, Acceptance Criteria, DOD, Mockups – as applicable etc.).
- Expert with functional and non-functional requirements.
- Experience in managing the stakeholders and scope creep.
- Experience in articulating the requirements to the Dev/ QA team members for the successof the delivery (Using flow diagrams, mockups, workshops etc).
- Expertise in collecting the requirements from the stakeholders to minimise the conflict in the deliverables.
- Expert in identifying the benefits delivered by the requirements from the stakeholders.
- Gap and Data Analysis Techniques (SQL / Power BI, good to have) to improve service delivery.
- Conflict management, negotiation skills, Mindset to solve problems – e.g., production incidents – engage the right team member, troubleshoot, resolve the issue.
- Good with API(s).
- Familiarity with the change management.
- Ability to leverage AI tools in day-to-day activities to expedite BSA-related activities.
- Someone who can collaborate, communicate, build trust, and strike relationships with the team members and stakeholders.
Good To Have
- Telecom BSS Experience with customer-facing (external) web applications.
- Working with ServiceNow and the operations team.
- Experience with Internal applications e.g. Salesforce, HR applicaitons used by internal users, i.e., Users within the organization - agents, departments, etc., is good to have].
