We source quality local ingredients whenever possible and deliver in reusable, recyclable, and compostable packaging. Each week, we offer 10 chef-created meal kit recipes with options for a variety of lifestyles and preferences, including vegetarian and vegan.

What You'll Be Doing:Â As a Production Supervisor, you are the central point of coordination for our assembly and portioning operations. Your leadership ensures that our facility maintains a seamless operational flow
Lead and Develop Your Team: You’ll be responsible for creating a positive and high-performing team environment by:
Clearly defining roles and expectations to ensure total team alignment
Coaching and mentoring Lead Hands, Operators, and Production Associates to support their career progression
Providing regular feedback and performance support
Supporting employee training and development
Encouraging a safe, collaborative, and accountable workplace culture
Drive Production Operations:Â You will oversee daily production activities to ensure operations run efficiently and safely:
Plan and coordinate production schedules and labour allocation
Ensure materials and ingredients are available for production runs
Maintain compliance with food safety, GMPs, SOPs, and regulatory requirements
Conduct incident investigations and implement corrective actions
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient production environment
Track operational performance using tools such as Google Sheets
Operational Performance & KPIs:Â You will be responsible for driving strong performance across key operational metrics, including:
Labour Efficiency (seconds per unit)
Service Level (OTIF – On Time In Full)
Food Waste & Grocery Leftovers
Inventory Accuracy
Workplace Safety (Lost Time Accident rate)
Employee Engagement (eNPS)
You will work cross-functionally to monitor these metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and drive continuous improvement across safety, quality, service, cost, and people development.
What We Are Looking For
3+ years supervising production in a food manufacturing or food production environment
2+ years experience managing direct reports and conducting performance management
Experience working cross-functionally with production, purchasing, QA, and HR teams
Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma experience strongly preferred
Experience with automated processing or packaging lines

Schedule: Thursday- Sunday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Enjoy a consistent 3-day weekend!
Salary: $65,000 annually
