Join Our Team as a Product Owner!
YOVU is a communications technology company building deeply integrated enterprise-grade software that embeds real-time communications and automation directly into the platforms where users already work.
Our products operate inside broader customer workflows, with a strong emphasis on scalability, reliability, and seamless integration across complex system environments.
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to own and drive delivery for a core, integration-heavy product within YOVUs platform portfolio.
This is a highly technical, hands-on role spanning product strategy, business analysis, delivery execution, and quality validation. You will own the backlog, translate complex workflows into clear requirements, validate integrations end-to-end, and contribute to roadmap decisions grounded in customer and market insight.
Why This Role Matters
This is a new role and owns one of YOVUs most integration-heavy and technically complex product areas.
As Product Owner, you sit at the center of engineering execution, customer workflows, and long-term platform scalability. You ensure the product is not only delivered but delivered with quality, clarity, and enterprise-grade reliability.
Your decisions directly influence:
- Platform scalability and maintainability
- Integration performance and reliability
- Security, compliance, and data integrity
- Customer workflow efficiency
- YOVUs ability to scale as a product-led technology company
This is a role for someone who thrives in technical depth, enjoys ambiguity, and takes pride in delivering high-quality software.
What Success Looks Like (1218 Months)

- A healthy, prioritized Jira backlog that balances short-term delivery with long-term platform sustainability.
- Integrations (APIs, webhooks, embedded systems) that perform reliably in complex customer environments.
- End-to-end test scenarios that reflect real-world workflows and catch edge cases before release.
- Strong collaboration between product and stakeholders, with minimal ambiguity during sprint execution.
- Clear incorporation of security, privacy, and compliance requirements into product design.
- Measurable improvements in delivery predictability, product quality, and stakeholder confidence.
