What you will do in this role:
Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
Take food and beverage orders accurately
Deliver orders promptly and adhere to quality standards
Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations
Handle cash and credit card transactions
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
Maintain cleanliness in the dining area
What we are looking for from you:
Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
Knowledge of food safety guidelines
Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members
