Bobcat of the Tri Cities is growing, and were looking for a Field Service Manager who is passionate about building and sustaining best-in-class customer experiences while leading a mobile service team of talented heavy-duty equipment technicians across our dealership network.
This is a hands-on leadership role with enterprise visibility. Youll oversee our field service technicians supporting the surrounding markets of our dealerships, set the standard for safety and quality, and ensure customers experience professional, reliable service wherever their equipment is working.

What youll be responsible for
- Leading, supporting, and developing the field service technician team serving all territories
- Owning safety, scheduling, technician utilization, and field service execution
- Acting as the primary point of contact for field service workfrom initial inquiry through billing
- Ensuring high standards for repair quality, documentation, and customer communication
- Proactively scheduling preventative maintenance and following up on due service intervals
- Coordinating daily dispatch, repair updates, and customer status communications
- Partnering closely with Parts, Service, Rentals, and Branch Operations Managers
- Driving continuous improvement in response times, productivity, and customer experience
- Other duties, as assigned
