What You’ll Do
Cook burgers, fries, and menu items to Red Robin standards
Work stations like grill, fryers, and prep
Keep your station clean, stocked, and ready to go
Move with urgency and stay locked in during busy shifts
Support your team and keep things running smooth

Experience is a bonus, not a requirement
Future Supervisor Track (for those who want it)
If you show consistency, leadership, and work ethic, you can move into a Shift Supervisor role.
