Casual Respite Housekeeper

We're seeking a friendly, responsible person to help out with a very casual, part-time housekeeping role — perfect for someone wanting a few extra hours a month. This position involves assisting families with disabilities by keeping their homes clean and welcoming, on a flexible, as-needed basis.

Jobs may include cleaning and organizing homes, including disinfecting bathrooms and kitchens
Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
Do laundry, ironing, and change bed linens
Tidy up common areas and living spaces

Qualifications:

Previous experience in housekeeping or related fields is a plus, but not required
Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and products is helpful
Good time-management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently as you will be alone.
Strong attention to detail
Good communication skills
Physical stamina to perform tasks like bending, lifting, and standing for periods
Reliable, punctual, and comfortable with a very casual, flexible schedule
